Brothers Ryan & Tom Forkner started Waffle Square at their Fulton & Cottage location 10 years ago. They took a beat up, run down, location and turned it into what it is now, the centerpiece of the Waffle Square family of restaurants. The brothers had a remarkably simple philosophy, sell better food, with better service, for less money. This proved wildly successful! Here we year, 10 years later and the brothers now are 4 locations strong with a planned expansion for 10 more within the next 3 years.
